Billy Teegarden, owner of Teegarden Painting, puts the finishing touches of paint on the Ojai Valley Museum Tuesday morning. The historic building is getting an extensive renovation thanks to the city of Ojai, which owns the property. Improvements include patching and sealing the stucco on the tower, tenting for termites and replacing two doors. Interior improvements will begin once the exterior is completed. Last week, the City Council approved spending an additional $25,000 — on top of the $25,000 it already set aside — for roof repairs. (photos by Garrett Combs)
