What is old is becoming new again with winery re-launch

The Old Creek Winery will have a grand re-opening April 7, with new owners, new buildings, new vineyards, new attitudes and new spirit.
After buying the property in 2015, Andrew and Jane Holguin, along with daughter, Marie, have literally shaken the foundations of the existing winery, taking out old structures and building a new tasting room, an outdoor barbecue and catering area, with plans to add bocce courts, horseshoe pits, bean bag tosses and more.
Visitors can bring a picnic and stay for the afternoon while savoring a bottle from the newly created wine list by winemaker Jeremy Leffert, formerly of the Hearst Ranch Winery. Since the winery does not yet produce grapes on the site (Andrew and Jane have planted and will produce them in the future), Leffert has found grapes from a variety of sources in California, half of which pay homage to the classic Italians.
