Threats fly in school board/city debate

Andra Belknap, Ojai Valley News reporter
Debate over the future of Ojai Unified School District's (OUSD) Chaparral property was contentious July 25, as multiple School Board members threatened legal action if the Ojai City Council gave a historic landmark designation to the property over their objections.
