KAREN K. LEWIS returns (Nov. 5th to Dec. 1st) at Ojai Art Center with a selection of new paintings done during the Covid quarantine.

Her inspiration comes from the beautiful bouquets she received during this period celebrating and memorializing birthdays, anniversaries and the loss of her husband.

Now in her 90th year of living and 72nd year of painting (which began at Chouinards while still in high school) Karen will celebrate her “art life” at her month long,

one person show by pairing her recent work with a selection of paintings from each of the 7 decades of her life making art – which is why she calls this show “Ninety-ish.”

Reception is Sunday, November 14th, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
