The cost for Option A, which would place the pool closer to Maricopa Highway, has estimated costs of $13,716 million to $15,587 million, depending on size.
The cost for Option B, which is closer to the existing PE facilities, has estimated costs of $12.888 million to $14,760 million, depending on size.
