VC adds over 1,000 COVID-19 cases this week

As of Nov. 19, there were 17,163 people who ever were diagnosed with COVID-19 in Ventura County, and 1,864 active cases under quarantine.

This was a 149-case jump from the day before and a 1,399-case jump from the week before. Out of these 17,163, 170 were in Ojai and 92 in Oak View.
