Gov. Newsom says counties on COVID-19 watch list, including VC, cannot hold in-person school

At his COVID-19 press conference today, Gov. Gavin Newsom said counties on COVID-19 watch list, including Ventura County, cannot hold in-person school — public or private — until the county has been off the monitoring list for 14 consecutive days.
If the county has been on the monitoring list within the last 14 days, the school must conduct distance learning only, until it has been off the monitoring list for at least 14 days.
