Ventura County Public Health reported the following COVID-19 numbers for Ventura County on Monday:
-338 new cases since Friday
-77,594 total cases
-75,872 recovered cases
-870 active cases
-1,124,715 tests performed
-94 hospitalizations
-31 in the ICU
-852 deaths (+8 since Friday)
-25.8% ICU availability countywide

More COVID-19 vaccine appointments available today, March 1, including at Nordhoff

More COVID-19 Vaccine appointments are open now, Monday March 1. As of 8:45 a.m. March 1, the Nordhoff High School vaccine site still had limited appointments available this Friday March 5 and Saturday March 6.
The online appointment portal is available at the following link: www.venturacountyrecovers.org/vaccine-information/portal/.

Some Ojai educators received their first COVID-19 vaccine doses on Feb. 24, the same day the Ventura County officials stated that county school employees are now eligible to be vaccinated.

Second-unit compliance deal extended to boost affordable housing stock
