would buy if here: To be honest, I think we need a place like Target where we could buy household supplies, clothing, shoes, etc. at reasonable prices. I'm tired of all the gift shops that are of no use to me.

general comment: I have to shop in Ventura because there are no stores in Ojai that are affordable or have a big enough selection.  If I had a lot more money, I suppose I could find more products to meet my family's needs in Ojai but I would still have very little to chose from. Ojai has turned into a place where all of the shops are geared towards tourists and they are not practical places for locals to shop.  I would encourage merchants to think about their potential local clientele more.
