With more straws in the drink and no refills in the forecast, Lake Casitas is rapidly shrinking. Almost every water purveyor in the Ojai Valley is drawing a significant percentage of its water from Casitas Municipal Water District (CMWD), and the lake was at 54.5 percent of capacity as of Tuesday afternoon.
