There are lots of straws drawing from Lake Casitas these days.
“Right now we are delivering approximately 78 acre-feet per day, spring-time type deliveries. It’s very dry out there, without any rain fall,” said Steve Wickstrum, general manager of Casitas Municipal Water District (CMWD) at its board meeting Wednesday.
