On Tuesday, the Ojai Unified School District board approved the city’s plans for downtown skate park construction, but not without some adjustments. During his presentation, Ojai city manager Jere Kersnar asked the school board to approve plans and specifications for the expanded Ojai Skate Park. The site location is where the temporary skate park is currently housed, in the downtown Park & Ride lot, which is on OUSD property and leased by the city.
