A local church is sporting some new landscaping just in time for more rain thanks to the efforts of local Boy Scout Troop 504.
“People in the valley may have noticed the church’s bare corner in the last few months as the church removed several mature trees that fell victim to the drought,” said Ojai Trees President Garret Clifford. “The church wast lucky enough last Saturday to be the recipient of a lot of hard work and community service.”
The project, at the Ojai United Methodist Church at 120 Church Road, was organized by Tyler Vondriska of Troop 504.
