Jill Webb began having strange experiences 10 years ago, immediately after her 20-year-old daughter, Alisha, died in a car accident.
“Within a few days, I started experiencing this cold air over me,” recalled Webb. “It was very strong, like I was under a vent that was on high. It was so strong you would see my hair move.”
“We're witnesses,” said her best friend Joanne “JoJo” Azoo, motioning to her son, Brandon Azoo.
Webb said she had no doubt that the phenomena was signifying her daughter's presence.
Ten years later, Webb, Joanne and Brandon make up Ojai Paranormal Investigators (OPI), a free service the trio offers to Ventura and Santa Barbara County residents.
