The Wall of Remembrance has taken on a life of its own. For nearly eight years it has been growing steadily, documenting the service of military veterans throughout the Ojai Valley. Now, with 600-plus names in its records, the Wall has attained the dimensions of a genuine database.
“We want to be able to put all the names and their service information into a folio that can be placed at the Ojai Valley Museum, at area libraries and in the archives of other veterans' organizations,” said David Pressey, himself a combat infantry veteran of the Korean War and a founder of Ojai's VFW Post 11461.
