The Ventura County Sheriff's Office (VCSO) is looking for suspects in an early-morning break-in at the Ojai Village Pharmacy. Officers responded to an alarm call at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday, said VCSO Detective Joe Mulrooney, but the perpetrators had fled the scene at 202 E. Ojai Ave.
“These people are quick,” he said. “They get in and out in a minute.” Pharmacies in Ventura and Camarillo were likewise burglarized the same night and were probably part of a single operation, Mulrooney said. “We suspect it's connected to other pharmacy burglaries around the county and in Los Angeles.”
