Low-cost housing proponents presented three proposals to the Ojai City Council Tuesday that would use portions of city-owned property as the site for several units.

The Boyd Center of Sarzotti Park was host to a large, rowdy crowd Tuesday night.
The City Council moved its meeting there in anticipation of just such a showing.
The second item on the meeting agenda was discussion of three proposals prepared by People’s Self Help Housing, Inc. for a potential affordable-housing development on city-owned land near City Hall.
