Nordhoff sophomore Mikayla Miles etched her name into the Nordhoff High School record books recently after becoming the Rangers’ first female wrestler to place in the CIF State Meet.
Miles made the trip to Visalia to face the best wrestlers in all of California and claimed fourth place honors despite only being a sophomore. The tournament started on Friday and Miles was seeded third going into the tournament so she received a first-round bye.
