Commissioners want locals to have a say in creation of new playground

The Ojai Parks and Recreation Commission has green-lighted a plan to give Ojai residents a voice in the construction of a new playground at Libbey Park. The project now moves on to the Ojai City Council, which will decide whether to approve a contract with Play by Design to facilitate the community-based design and build of the new play structure.
