Every household should have an emergency evacuation plan, as we're often reminded — plenty of dried beans, water, bandaids and Spam to last through the aftermath of disaster. This is California, after all, the land of earthquakes, mudslides, wildfires and floods. But how many emergency plans include provisions for the household pets?
